By purchasing or participating in any reading or service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Readings are subjective interpretations, not factual statements.

• Messages may reflect symbolic or intuitive impressions.

• Readings generally reflect energetic trends within an approximate 30-day timeframe unless otherwise stated.

• You are fully responsible for your own choices, actions, and decisions.

3. Delivery of Readings 

 

Private Readings (Email Delivery)

• Delivered within 7–10 business days after purchase.

• Delivered via email as a private video link.

• Average length: 35–45 minutes.

• The video link is private; however, you may share it at your own discretion.

• Delivery timeframe begins after payment is received and confirmed.

 

TikTok Live Readings

• TikTok Live sessions are public broadcasts.

• Any reading given live can be seen and heard by all viewers.

• By requesting a reading, you consent to your reading being performed publicly.

• If you leave the live before your reading is finished, a recording will be emailed within 48–72 hours (if email was provided).

• Delivery delays caused by incorrect contact information are not the responsibility of The Original Aboriginal.

• Live reading length varies depending on audience flow and session timing.

4. Booking & Payment Terms

• All sales are final.

• No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are offered for any reading or spiritual service.

• Missed sessions, late arrivals, or failure to attend do not qualify for refunds.

• Services are considered rendered once a reading has been started or delivered.

 

5. Individual Service Packages

 

Personal Reading — 21 Card Full Reading

Includes:

• 21-card spread

• 10-card clarification pull

• “What’s Hidden” bonus card

 

Delivery: 7–10 business days
Refunds: None

 

Couples Reading

Includes:

• 8-card spread + 2 hidden cards
  Optional Add-On:

Delivery: 7–10 business days

Celebrity Package

Includes:

• Combined Personal + Love Reading

• 21-card spread

• 10-card clarification

• Hidden bonus card

FaceTime Party Package

Includes:

• Up to 12 participants

• 6 cards per person + 1 hidden card

• Individual one-on-one readings during session

Terms:

• Full payment required 1 week before event to secure date.

• Late bookings or reschedules may incur a $100 rush fee.

• Platform options: Zoom or Discord (details provided after purchase).

• All bookings final — no refunds.

 

6. Physical Products (Tarot Decks)

• Shipping timeframe: 1–2 weeks.

• No refunds or exchanges once packaging has been opened, damaged, or tampered with.

• Damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

 

7. Digital Memberships (Discord Subscription)

• All subscriptions are non-refundable.

• No transfers or substitutions.

• Access is granted for the purchased term only.

 

8. Conduct & Participation Policy

 

The Original Aboriginal reserves the right to:

• Refuse service to anyone for disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

• End a reading or session if boundaries are violated.

• Block or remove disruptive participants from live sessions or communities.

 

No refunds will be issued if service is terminated due to violation of conduct rules.

By purchasing, booking, joining a live session, or participating in any service, you confirm that you:
